Payment Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to secure your chosen dates. A receipt will be sent to you via email to confirm dates and monies received. This deposit is non refundable.
Details of payment methods will be made available to you, i.e. cheque, bank transfer etc.
Payment Balance
Your holiday must be paid in full 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. Only those that have paid in full will be allowed to participate in the holiday. Failure to send the final payment within the time period will be taken as a cancellation of the holiday.
The final payment once made is non refundable.
In the event of having to cancel your holiday within the 4 week period, we will accept a transfer to another person (people) as long as all monies have been paid.
Insurance
We recommend that personal insurance is taken out to cover the possible cancelation of your holiday due to either illness, mechanical breakdown etc.
Also adequate breakdown/recovery insurance that covers repatriation for you, your pillion and machine in the event of illness, accident or breakdown is recommended. You must also carry a (EHIC) European Health Insurance Card which is free from government web sites.
Your Responsibilities
All tours are taken at your own risk, you are responsible for your machine including any mechanical or accident repairs and you are also responsible for any pillion that maybe with you.
If given, you must take onboard any instructions given from your tour guide, failure to do so may terminate the tour.
We do expect a good level of competency and ability to fully control your machine at all times.
To ride in a manner that is both courteous and safe to other road users.
We cannot be held responsible for acts of war, terrorist action, riots, industrial action or acts of God
